At Collection Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the perfect match for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
