How to use

1. First, choose your favourite shades of POWer Hold Glitter Eyeliner.
2. Use POWer Hold Gripping Eye Primer to prep eyelids for all day wear
3. Use the brush to trace along your upper lash line for head turning glitter liner or stack two shades for a full on festival look.
4. Use on eyes, face or body to create your own designs

 Warning: If the product enters the eye, wash out thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
