How to use:
Prime eyelids with an eye primer or Lasting Perfection Matte Concealer and allow to set for a minute.
Matte Eyeshadows: Apply with fluffy eyeshadow brushes to blend or detail brushes for precision.
Metallic/Chrome Eyeshadows: For high pay off, metallic finish apply with a damp eyeshadow brush or the tip of your finger, pressing and gently swiping the shadow onto your lids.
